Citrus Garden Corn Crunch

If you were CORN to be wild, check out this fab recipe to grill your cobs to perfection. Goodbye run-of-the-mill fare and hello Citrus Garden Corn Crunch!


4 ears corn (leave on husks)
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tbs. fresh basil
1 tbs. sliced chives
1 tbs. finely chopped fresh mint
1 tbs. finely grated lemon zest
1/3 cup sliced, toasted almonds

• Grill the corn with the husks still on for 20 mins., turning every 5 mins. The husks will keep the roasted and smoky flavor inside.
• Create your herb and cream cheese topping by mixing cream cheese and basil, chives, mint and lemon zest in a large bowl.
• Once the corn is done, pull back the husks and spread on your topping.
• Roll the corn in sliced, toasted almonds and enjoy!
