Ingredients
2 cups soymilk
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup ice
2 1/2 tsps ground flaxseed

Directions
• Start by combining soymilk, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, ice and ground flaxseed in a blender.
