2 Cups Soymilk
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Ice
2 1/2 Tsps Ground Flaxseed

Directions:
1. Start by combining soymilk, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, ice and ground flaxseed in a blender.

2. Blend until you achieve your desired consistency, than enjoy! 

"I Turn Up!" Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients: 
3 Cups Almond Milk
2 Cups Sliced Bananas
3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1. Mix almond milk, bananas, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup and chocolate chips in a blender.
