We’re celebrating Hanukkah by cooking a Hanukkah staple – latkes! Learn how to put your own spin on the holiday favorite, in this clip!


2 sweet potatoes
1/2 thinly sliced apple
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 lightly beaten egg
Pinch of salt

• Grate 2 sweet potatoes and mix them with 1/2 of a thinly sliced apple and a fourth cup of flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 lightly beaten egg and a pinch of salt.
• When that’s mixed, form into small pancakes and fry in oil over medium-high heat.
• When it’s reached crispy perfection on both sides, it’s ready to go.
• Plus, add a dab of sour cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for taste!
