The Bella 100 Workout!

As everyone knows, exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. If you're just starting out on your fitness journey, remember to take it slow. Ease into the workout process by walking at first. Then, slowly add in jogging for a short distance. Jumping rope is another great intro exercise. For my advanced fitness warriors out there, here is a quick and intense workout to build into your exercise regimen this week. Try it out and give it your best! Remember: we can fight fat with food and exercise! 

For beginners, cut the reps in half and do only 50 of each exercise. It's okay to break up the sets to get through them. As you get stronger, do more! Repeat 2-3 rounds if you are advanced or 1 round for beginners.

Warmup: 
200 jump ropes

Workout:
100 squats
100 Hi knees
100 jumping jacks
100 push-ups
100 mountain climbers
100 crunches
100 bicycle crunches
