The Green Machine Recipe!

We’re kicking off February with a delicious green drink! Check out the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS
¾ ripe kiwi, peeled
¾ oz. St-Germain
1/3 oz. simple syrup
splash of club soda
2 oz. Brut sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS
• Muddle the kiwi.
• Add the simple syrup, St-Germain, and muddled kiwi to a shaker.
• Fill shaker with ice and add a splash of club soda.
• Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass.
• Top cocktail with the sparkling wine.
• If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with a kiwi slice.
