Cherry Berry Juice to Improve Sleep Quality

Ingredients
15 fresh and ripe red cherries, blueberries and raspberries
1 apple
4 ice cubes

Directions
• Rinse cherries and raspberry, blueberries, apple. Remove seeds of cherries.
• Blend fruits in blender until smooth puree.
• Strain puree through sieve, collect juice in bowl.
• In serving glasses fill them up with fruitful and natural juice of red cherry.
