TUMERIC RICE DRINK TO CURE A HANGOVER
2 cups rice milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Grated or dried ginger
Star of anise
• Simply pour all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil, reduce heat and drink warm.
• You may also consume this chilled, but warm is best.
• Strain if you have large pieces of ginger, cinnamon, peppercorns, etc.
