Hot Potato Recipes

It’s time to sass up your spuds, ladies! Learn new ways to top your taters with eggs, shrimp and even ground beef, with these Hot Potato recipes!

Rise & Shine Potato

1 Potato
Salt & pepper
Sautéed peppers and onions
Fried egg

1. Bake a potato with butter, and split it open and mash the inside a little bit. 

2. Add a salt and pepper, then cooked peppers and onions to your liking.

3. As the finishing touch, add a fried egg and some bacon!

Creole Shrimp Potato

1 Potato
Creole seasoning

1. Bake a potato, split it open and mash the inside a little bit. 

2. Cook shrimp and sliced scallions, and season with creole seasoning.

3. Put the shrimp in a buttered baked potato, and top it off with a touch of lemon!

Shepherd’s Pie Potato

1 Potato
Ground beef
Tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
Dashes of hot sauce
8 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Chicken stock

1. Bake a potato, split it open and mash the inside a little bit. 

2. Add in butter to your liking, and let it melt. 

3. Then, cook your desired amount of ground beef with tomato paste, chicken stock, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, hot sauce, carrots and peas.

4. Pour your finished ground beef sauce into the potato and top with parsley. 

5. Tip: You can also substitute ground beef with turkey, and top it with melted cheese!
