COTTAGE CHEESE GUACAMOLE
8 oz. tub of cottage cheese
4 large avocados
1 jar of salsa verde
Crushed red chiles
• Scoop out 4 large avocados and mash in a bowl with a fork.
• Add cottage cheese, along with pre-made salsa verde.
• Add a dash of crushed red chiles, salt, and pepper.
• Squeeze lemon and lime into the mixture and mix until ready. Enjoy!
