Bobby Brown’s Fried Chicken Recipe

Bobby Brown showed us how to get down in the kitchen with his original fried chicken recipe, and now you can try it at home!

Ingredients:
1 bag of Bobby's Brown Bag'n It Fry Mix
8-10 pieces of chicken
Vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Fill a cast iron pan about 1/3 to 1/2 full of vegetable oil, and heat to 350 degrees.

2. Coat chicken pieces in Bobby’s Brown bag mixture.

3. Once oil is hot, fry chicken in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes until the juices run clear and it’s golden brown. (Bobby tip: You’ll know it’s done when it floats to the top!)

4. Drain with paper towels on a baking sheet.

5. Let cool, then enjoy!
