James & Tiffany’s Fitness Update #2

Tiffany and James have truly embraced their journey to get healthy. My primary goal for them is to teach them habits that will set them up for a lifetime of health. In my work with hundreds of people, I know dedication when I see it. This couple is dedicated to the process of un-learning unhealthy habits and developing new ones, like prepping meals each week and eating every three hours to keep their metabolisms stoked. They are also packing healthy food to take to work each day for lunch, which is an awesome way to control calories, sodium and fat intake. 

James hit a major milestone last week when he weighed in at 297 pounds, which was the first time ever since he was a pre-teen! This week he has lost another 4 pounds. Tiffany is also on a roll! She's lost another 4 pounds this week and has kicked up her workouts by adding lunch break gym time. Weight loss is a journey that takes time, consistency and most of all, patience.
