4 peeled apples
1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Peel the skin off the whole apple, leave stem
• Place on wax paper
• Mix the cinnamon, honey and lemon juice into a bowl
• Brush honey, cinnamon and lemon juice on apple
• Preheat oven to 400°
• Place the apples on a baking sheet on parchment paper, bake for 40 mins
• When done, you can sprinkle extra cinnamon top to add more flavor!
