John Legend Is Coming for That 'Sexiest Man Alive' Title!

Adam Levine and Blake Shelton have been crowned People’s "Sexiest Man Alive” in the past… is it John Legend’s turn?

Now that John Legend is a coach on “The Voice,” he might just be boosting his chances at becoming "Sexiest Man Alive." The singer commented on the possibility on the show’s premiere Monday, in which he made his debut, revealing that he’s looking to add the title to his already impressive EGOT status.

Yes, John Legend has an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony, but he apparently wants one more big badge of honor.

“I realize I’m the only man up here that hasn’t won 'Sexiest Man Alive.' I feel like if I’m on 'The Voice,' that means I’m gonna get it,” John remarked, according to People.

Adam Levine noted that winning all those awards would land Legend the title of “EGOTSMA.”

Adam was named "Sexiest Man Alive" in 2013, and Blake Shelton got it in 2017. Idris Elba is the reigning title holder, and we all know how excited Loni was about that news!

“We got our dream!” she exclaimed in November on “The Real,” noting that the co-hosts prediected his win the year before.

So, who’s next? John Legend’s mantle is obviously already overflowing with trophies. He has a whopping 10 Grammys, an Oscar for his song in 2014’s “Selma,” and a Creative Arts Emmy for his producing work on “Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert.”

What do you think, Real fam? Is John the next "Sexiest Man Alive"?
