Jeannie Talks Body Maintenance: 'It's Not Easy'

Jeannie has been open about how she’s been working on her fitness, and on today’s episode of “The Real” she talked about just what it takes to keep herself on track.

When the ladies discussed the topic of butt implants and the potential dangers, Tamera pointed out that achieving the body you’re hoping for is possible – and it doesn’t have to include surgery.

Tam noted, “There is hope for the buttless, and I mean this in the most positive way. Look at Jeannie Mai.”

Jeannie said, “I will tell you this. From somebody… okay, it takes a lot of work. It’s not easy. You have to put on weight. Even now I’m losing weight, I’m like, ‘Don’t go yet… wait, we ain’t ready.”

Jeannie also explained how discipline has been part of her experience. “For people, you can build it. But it’s a different discipline. You gotta eat like crazy. You gotta eat things to make you jiggle next to things that just make you firm. Then the work... in just butt workouts.”

Loni chimed in, “How about just love your body?”

Adrienne summed it up, saying, “It all works the same, trust me, at the end of the day.”
