Pink Pom Punch Recipe

Spring into the weekend with a delicious drink!


Simple Syrup:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

3 ounces bourbon whiskey
1 ½ ounces lemon juice
2 ounces pomegranate simple syrup

• Make a simple syrup by heating water and granulated sugar on medium until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add pomegranate seeds and let mixture cool. Run mix through blender then use a mesh strainer to separate seeds and pink syrup.
• Add bourbon whiskey, lemon juice, and pomegranate simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake it up for about 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice.
