Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Introduce Baby Sussex & Reveal His Name!

World, it’s time to meet the new royal baby! After welcoming their first child on the morning of May 6, the Duke and Duchess stepped out for a photo opportunity at Windsor Castle with their newborn on Wednesday. Shortly after the outing, Baby Sussex’s name was finally announced: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

“The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were introduced to the newborn son of The Duke & Duchess of Sussex at Windsor Castle. Ms Doria Ragland was also present. The Duke & Duchess of Sussex are delighted to announce that they have named their son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor,” the royal family’s official Twitter account posted.

Harry held the baby boy in his arms this morning as Meghan gushed, “It's magic, it's pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world, so I'm really happy.”

She also revealed their son has “the sweetest temperament” and has been “the dream.”

“I don’t know where he gets that from,” laughed Harry, adding, "It's great. Parenting is amazing. It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy.”

@SussexRoyal also shared additional photos of Meghan and Prince Harry holding their “bundle of joy” today. How sweet!

Harry’s brother William, already dad to three children with wife Kate Middleton, offered up some good-humored well wishes yesterday, saying, "I'm very pleased and glad to welcome my brother to the sleep deprivation society that is parenting!"
