When Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z were innocently taking in Game Three of the NBA Finals, watching the Toronto Raptors go head-to-head with the Golden State Warriors from courtside seats, they probably didn’t expect to become the center of a buzzed-about meme.
ESPN captured Nicole Curran, wife of Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob, leaning over to chat with Jay-Z, and Beyoncé’s reaction to the moment began to receive attention. Her apparently less-than-pleased expression during the interaction got Twitter and the Beyhive talking, and theories about Bey’s expressions ensued.

Beyoncé hasn’t responded to the meme, but did post images and a clip from the night out, including a selfie and video of her waving at the crowd from the sidelines.
Nicole Curran’s Instagram is now private, but E! News reports she posted a photo of her and Bey from the game with the caption, “We should all help and support each other.” The Shade Room additionally reported that Nicole commented on a photo, defending herself by writing, “I respect Queen B. I love her! I talked to her husband twice tonight. First, to take a drink order for them both when they arrived as they were our guests. Second, to explain why I gave his wife a rose from a fan. All of this has been taken out of context. I am a happily married woman. Telling me to kill myself?????? Somehow I don't think she would support this."
Real fam, what are your thoughts on this courtside commotion?
