The inspiration for Kim Kardashian’s new necklace came from an unlikely source.
On Sunday on Twitter, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star showed off a piece of jewelry gifted to her by husband Kanye West.
While the bling appears to be a gorgeous dog tag, there’s more than meets the eye!
Per the reality TV personality, the rapper took a loving May 2019 text conversation he had with his wife and imprinted it on a vintage Cartier gold plaque!
The message consists of a photo — which appears to be from the couple’s Hidden Hills, California, home — and text that reads, “This your life. Married with four kids. Get people out of jail. Cover of Vogue. Go to church every week with your family. Dreams come true.”
If you look closely at my necklace, you can see it’s from a text Kanye sent me. He took an amazing vintage a Cartier gold plaque necklace and had it sketched out. The mother of four — who shares North (6), Saint (4), Chicago (almost 2) and Psalm (8 months) with West — landed her first solo Vogue cover in May 2019.
She was also instrumental in the prison release of first-time nonviolent drug offender Alice Marie Johnson, whose sentence was commuted by President Donald Trump in June 2018.
