Wests and Carters... unite!
According to Us Weekly on Wednesday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s kids had a recent playdate with Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s at a party thrown by record producer Jimmy Iovine and his wife, Liberty Ross.
Though Beyoncé, Kim, and the “KUWTK” star’s eldest, North, did not attend the lavish bash, Kanye and JAY-Z showed up with their kiddos!
Sources say 8-year-old Blue Ivy Carter “was running around” with 4-year-old Saint West, and the two jibed well together.
“Blue is a tomboy and sporty, and Saint’s very active and has a ton of energy and a funny personality,” the insider remarked.
Though 2-year-old twins, Sir and Rumi Carter, played with Chicago West, 2, “they mostly just touched each other’s toys.”
During an October 2016 concert in Seattle, Kanye went on a rant against JAY-Z, claiming the Roc Nation founder failed to call him after Kim was robbed at gunpoint inside of their Paris residence. West also said onstage, “Our kids have never even played together.”
The next month at a show, the Yeezy designer claimed Beyoncé refused to perform at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards if she didn’t win Video of the Year over him and Drake.
However, in a November 2017 interview with T: The New York Times Style Magazine, JAY-Z called Kanye his “brother,” and said the two will “always be good.”
The two rappers reunited at Diddy’s 50th birthday bash in December 2019.
