Jazz Jennings Successfully Undergoes Third Gender Confirmation Surgery

Wishing Jazz Jennings a speedy recovery!

Tuesday on Instagram, the “I Am Jazz” star revealed she successfully underwent her third gender confirmation surgery.

The transgender activist exclaimed, “I’m feeling so great after completing my third surgery! This third procedure was for cosmetics, and I’m super happy with the results. Thank you to everyone who has followed my journey and supported me along the way.”

In the comments section, the 19-year-old’s older brother, Sander, wrote, “Although this surgery was one of the scariest moments of my life, I am so glad I was there to stick by your side the entire way.”

Jazz had her first gender confirmation surgery in 2018 and endured a “major” post-surgery complication. To address the issue, the TLC personality underwent a second procedure.

In December 2019, the YouTuber proudly posted a snap of her surgery scars, which she called her “battle wounds.”

“These are my scars on full display in #2019. I’m proud of my scars and love my body just the way it is,” she wrote at the time. “I call them my battle wounds because they signify the strength and perseverance it took to finally complete my transition.”

Jazz continues to inspire us with her strength!
