New information is coming out regarding Pop Smoke’s shocking murder.

Wednesday morning, the rapper was killed when suspects entered the Hollywood Hills residence he was renting and shot him. The 20-year-old was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, where he was pronounced dead.

The artist’s death was initially thought to be a robbery, as Pop Smoke had posted social media videos of his various gifts — featuring the address of the home.

However, TMZ reports on Thursday that the crime may have been a targeted hit.

Per surveillance footage, four men approached the home at around 4:30 a.m. and snuck around the back. Minutes later, three of the suspects are seen walking back to the front through the side of the property.

Though it was not captured by surveillance, the fourth man appears to walk through the back door. Later in the video, he is seen exiting through the front door of the house.

According to those who have viewed the footage, the fourth person — believed to be the shooter — did not carry any items out. Because of this, they believe the incident was not an act of theft, but of a hit.

The property was owned by “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp and her husband, Edwin Arroyave.

The reality TV personality released a statement Wednesday, sending “prayers and condolences to the family and loved ones affected by this tragic loss of life.” However, she and her husband “aren’t aware of any of the details beyond what we’ve been told or seen reported on the news.”
