Malika Haqq Criticized for Planning Procedure with Plastic Surgeon Before Giving Birth

Pregnant Malika Haqq is already making arrangements for her “post pregnancy makeover.”

Tuesday on Instagram, the “Dash Dolls” star showed off her baby bump while sharing a pic of her and plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond.

“Stopped by just to see my fav @drjasondiamond and I’m fully book for my post pregnancy makeover,” the reality TV star wrote. “I can’t wait!”

After the post went viral, several social media users criticized the 36-year-old for booking a procedure before actually giving birth to her and ex O.T. Genasis’ baby son.

“Dang have the baby first. Why do females think they need to look amazing right after giving birth? Beyond me. Vanity, I guess,” an Instagram commenter wrote.

“So sad to hear this. What a shallow life,” a different critic exclaimed.

“Really...if you can’t accept the marks that come along with having a baby then you shouldn’t be a mom,” another added.

Earlier this month, Haqq revealed she is not together with the “CoCo” rapper, born Odis Oliver Flores, as they split last June.

“Relationships don’t always work out the way we would hope but between love & friendship we have created a baby boy that will be here very soon. I’ve been single the last 8 months but I am in no way alone. OT and I have attended every doctors apt and over all loved on our son together while anticipating his arrival,” she wrote on IG.

She continued, “My priority over the past few months has been to nurture and protect my unborn child. Our baby would not be who he is without his father and I thank God for the spirit that grows inside of me. Only thing that matters, we are Baby Flores parents.”

Khloé Kardashian’s best friend previously confirmed Flores was the father of her child while giving a speech at her Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills baby shower.

Malika announced her pregnancy last September, writing on social media, “I listen to my heart, and I’ve decided that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. I’m pregnant! I didn’t know when, I just knew one day. God said it’s my turn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the little spirit that grows inside of me. I am yours, baby, and you are mine.”
