James Bond Actress Olga Kurylenko Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Olga Kurylenko, who appeared in “Quantum of Solace”, has tested positive for the coronavirus.

Sunday on Instagram, the James Bond star revealed her diagnosis, and is currently self-quarantined at home.

While reminding fans to “take [COVID-19] seriously,” the Ukrainian-born French actress says she has been feeling a number of symptoms for the past week.

“Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus. I’ve actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself and do take this seriously!,” the 40-year-old wrote on social media.

In the 2008 film, Kurylenko played Bond girl Camille Montes opposite Daniel Craig, who portrayed the iconic British spy.

The model also appeared in 2013’s “Oblivion” alongside Tom Cruise.

Kurylenko is not the only actor to be affected by the pandemic. Last week, married couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson announced they had both tested positive for the virus.

As of this publishing date, CNN reports that more than 6,500 people worldwide have died of COVID-19 so far.
