Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard Waive April Rent for Tenants

We need to move in ASAP!

Per TMZ on Tuesday, Kristen Bell and husband Dax Shepard are waiving April rent for tenants who live in their Los Angeles buildings.

Due to California’s “stay at home” order, many people — with the exception of those who work at essential businesses — are either unable to work or have been laid off.

According to the publication, the married couple’s company, Pringus Property LLC, emailed renters at two different complexes with the exciting announcement.

A source also said the manager — believed to be Shepard’s sister — is open and willing to work with residents as they navigate these troubling times.

Yesterday, the star of “The Good Place” shared a cute photo of the pair’s 5-year-old daughter, Delta Bell, holding “the vaccine for coronavirus.”

“Well folks, she’s done it. Don’t get me wrong, she has more trials to do to assure its efficacy- but my 5 yr old just came into my bedroom with a vial full of colored water and told me. ‘I just made the vaccine for coronavirus!’” Bell explained.

“You guys will finally be rich!!!” friend and fellow actor Ryan Hansen wrote in the comments section.

“If it really works then jokes on you!” Justin Long added.

Recently, the “Frozen” voice actress donated $150,007.96 to No Kid Hungry, a hunger relief organization based in Washington, D.C.

As to why the donation had an extra $7.96, Bell explained on IG, “The reason the number is odd, is because when my kids overheard me making the donation, they asked if they could also donate the money from [their] piggy bank.”
