Trevor Engelson, who was previously married to Meghan Markle, is expecting a baby girl with wife Tracey Kurland!
Per Us Weekly on Wednesday, the first-time parents — who tied the knot May 11, 2019, at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California — are set to welcome their daughter sometime in September.
Less than a week before Engelson and Kurland’s nuptials, Markle gave birth to son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, who she shares with husband Prince Harry.
On May 6, the day of Archie’s arrival, a different source told Us Weekly that Engelson “doesn’t really think about Meghan, as he’s in a very happy relationship and about to be married.”
The insider also said Engelson, a Hollywood producer, “will not be reaching out to congratulate [Harry and Meghan on their baby], as Meghan and Trevor no longer speak.”
Markle and Engelson married in September 2011 after seven years of dating but divorced less than two years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
In March, Markle and Harry moved to Los Angeles — where Engelson and Kurland, a dietitian, also live — after officially stepping away from the royal family.
Earlier this month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex delivered meals to those in need on behalf of nonprofit agency Project Angel Food.
“They were extremely down-to-earth and genuinely interested in every single person they met,” Richard Ayoub, the charity’s executive director, told People.
“They engaged with our chefs, they engaged with clients — they just wanted to make sure that people felt the love and appreciation. Their goal was really to just honor our chefs and staffs and volunteers by being of service.”
