Tristan Thompson reportedly admits he had sexual relations with a woman claiming he is the father of her child.
Per TMZ on Friday, sources say the Cleveland Cavaliers player had a one-night stand with Kimberly Alexander, but it was during his 2011-2012 basketball rookie season — years before he started dating Khloé Kardashian in August 2016.
Because the outlet reports the child in question is around 4 or 5, Thompson and Alexander’s reported hookup eight or nine years ago does not line up with Alexander’s paternity claim.
After blog Gossip of the City published documents shining light on Alexander’s accusations, Thompson and Kardashian’s lawyer, Marty Singer, sent Alexander a cease-and-desist letter to “stop claiming” that Thompson is her child’s dad.
Singer also confirmed that Thompson took a paternity test, which came back negative, and is willing to take a second one, only from an AABB-accredited lab.
As to why Khloé is involved, TMZ reports that Alexander allegedly made false claims about her after Tristan’s negative test.
This is likely in reference to an Instagram post, posted by Gossip of the City and potentially from Alexander, that accuses the DNA testing facility that performed the first test of “sabotage” because one of their doctors appeared on Kardashian’s family show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
TMZ says Tristan believes Alexander is simply after his money.
Kardashian and Thompson — who broke up in 2019 after he was accused of cheating multiple times — share daughter True, 2. He is also the father to son Prince Thompson, 3, with ex Jordan Craig.
