Less than two years after their breakup, Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson may be rekindling their relationship.
On Wednesday, a source told People that the parents of True Thompson, 2, are “giving their relationship another try.”
“Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True,” the insider added.
Over the weekend, the Cleveland Cavaliers player attended his ex’s 36th birthday party, where he was photographed with Kardashian’s brother, Rob Kardashian.
A second source told the publication that Kardashian and Thompson “acted like [they] were back together” at the event, whose guest list included close friends and family.
Prior to the bash, the athlete posted a family photo on Instagram where he praised Kardashian for being a “beautiful and loving woman” to everyone in their lives.
“I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person,” Thompson wrote. “I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you. I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday @khloekardashian.”
In February 2019, the two called it quits after Thompson was accused of having an affair with Jordyn Woods, the then-best friend of Khloé’s sister Kylie.
Woods later went on “Red Table Talk” and told host Jada Pinkett Smith that she did not hook up with Thompson except for a kiss that he allegedly initiated.
Thompson was also accused of cheating on Kardashian in 2018 while she was pregnant with True.
The NBA star also shares son Prince Thompson, 3, with ex Jordan Craig.
