Chloe X Halle Are the New Faces of Fendi!

Chloe x Halle are the latest stars to appear in Fendi’s #MeAndMyPeekaboo campaign.

On Wednesday, the Italian luxury fashion house announced that sisters Chloe, 19, and Halle Bailey, 21, are the new faces of its Peekaboo bag for the Fall/Winter 2020-2021 season.

In a series of photographs shot by Julian Dakdouk, the R&B duo — who were signed to mentor Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment in 2015 — model the handbag, as well as the brand’s lavish clothes.

In a video directed by Derek Milton and set to the tune of their very own song “Busy Boy,” the musicians play tennis, have an outdoor picnic, and take a dip in the pool.

While speaking to People on Wednesday, Chloe and Halle say the Peekaboo is their go-to because it’s “universal” and “looks absolutely amazing with a beautiful going-out dress, but also could look great wearing an everyday denim look.”

“Since we can remember, we have always been huge fans of the Fendi brand,” the two added. “Fendi is the perfect mixture of classy and sexy, and we were more than happy to be a part of this project.”

The campaign also allowed the duo to collaborate as sisters, something they call “truly a blessing.”

“Constantly having someone by your side, who is going through the same journey as you, is comforting and so very important,” they continued. “Especially when you’re in the limelight and sharing your life with so many people. Having someone there to hold your hand along the way is refreshing.”

In an interview with Vogue, the two discussed how their fashion senses differ.

Halle said, “Our style has always been different from each other because we both have really different body types. For me, I don’t have as many curves; my beautiful sister has an amazing bum. I always try to wear whatever makes me feel comfortable and brings out my petite little curves. I’m always trying to dress up my body in that way. I feel like my sister is really expressive when it comes to her style.”

Chloe explained, “For me, it just depends on the day. Some days I want to feel a lot more edgy and sexy, and other days I want to feel flirty, cute, and cuddly. It really depends on my mood. That’s what being a woman is all about, having different layers to yourself and being able to change — being strong yet delicate at the same time.”

Other famous families who have appeared in Fendi’s ongoing campaign include Kim Kardashian, Kim’s daughter North West, and Kim’s mother Kris Jenner, as well as Catherine Zeta-Jones and her daughter Carys Douglas.
