Michelle Obama Celebrates Husband Barack’s 59th Birthday with Sweet Throwback Pic!

Michelle Obama writes a special message for husband Barack’s 59th birthday.

Tuesday on Instagram, the former first lady posted a sweet throwback photo of her family, including daughters Malia, now 22, and Sasha, now 19.

“Happy birthday to my favorite guy. Here’s to all the good days, blue skies, and new adventures to come,” the “Becoming” author wrote.

Monday on his IG page, the 44th president of the United States announced his first wave of political endorsements for the upcoming November election.

“I’m proud to endorse this diverse and hopeful collection of thoughtful, empathetic, and highly qualified Democrats,” the politician wrote. “Together, these candidates will help us redeem our country’s promise by sticking up for working class people, restoring fairness and opportunity to our system, and fighting for the good of all Americans —not just those at the top.”

Last month, Michelle officially launched “The Michelle Obama Podcast” exclusively on Spotify.

In the debut episode posted July 29, Michelle and Barack, the show’s very first guest, discussed their hopes for our country’s next generation of leaders.

“It is much more hopeful, it is much more gratifying, much more effective to live this life as a ‘we,’” Michelle said. “And I think as young people listen to this, as they are starting to shape their paths, I would really strongly encourage them to think about building lives that are self-less.”

“It’s more fun,” Barack added.
