Tracy Morgan’s divorce from wife Megan is starting to look ugly.
Per TMZ on Tuesday, the former “30 Rock” star is asking in his divorce documents that Megan should be required to change her last name back to her maiden name.
Additionally, while he is asking for joint legal custody and shared time with their 7-year-old daughter Maven, Megan wants sole legal and physical custody.
The outlet reports that the couple did have a prenuptial agreement, which was referenced in both of their divorce papers.
Last month, the couple announced that they were splitting up after tying the knot on August 23, 2015.
“Sadly, after nearly five years of marriage, Megan and I are filing for divorce. This is a challenging time for all involved,” Tracy said in a statement to TMZ.
While Megan filed for divorce on July 28, Tracy filed the next day.
The two met on a blind date in 2011 and announced their engagement later that year at the Emmy Awards.
In June 2014, Megan stuck by Tracy’s side when a truck driver operating a tractor-trailer from Walmart slammed into the comedian’s Mercedes Sprinter minibus — an incident that left Tracy in a wheelchair for several months.
The crash also resulted in the death of Tracy’s friend James McNair.
In 2015, Damon Wayans told “The Breakfast Club” that Tracy settled his lawsuit with Walmart for $90 million.
However, Tracy later told TMZ that his settlement with the retail corporation was confidential.
“Tracy has had no contact with Mr. Wayans since before the accident, so there is no way he would be able to know this and thus is false,” Tracy’s rep told the outlet.
Tracy also shares three sons with ex-wife Sabrina.
