Sabrina Parr is living proof that it’s never too late to turn your life around.
Tuesday on Instagram, the personal trainer — who is currently engaged to Lamar Odom — posted her own mug shot to detail her personal growth.
“I went from negotiating plea deals in the courtroom, to negotiating TV deals during quarantine!” the health and life coach declared.
“Take it from me; Where you are now, doesn’t have to be your future situation. Where you were before, does not define where you will end up. What you do with the time that you currently have makes all the difference! That’s how you GET UP TO PARR,” she added.

I went from negotiating plea deals in the courtroom, to negotiating TV deals during quarantine! . . Take it from me; Where you are now, doesn’t have to be your future situation. Where you were before, does not define where you will end up. What you do with the time that you currently have makes all the difference! That’s how you GET UP TO PARR😉 . . (By the way, I BEEN posting my own mugshots, way before they was taking shots at me)! . . #testimonialtuesday #motivation #getuptoparr #sabrinaparr #thenandnow #levelup #blessed
Though it is unclear when and where her mug shot was taken, Radar Online reported in August 2019 that Parr was arrested May 7, 2015, for allegedly attacking her then-husband.
Per legal papers obtained from the Cuyahoga County Court in Ohio, Parr was charged with three counts of felonious assault, including an incident where she allegedly attacked her spouse with a trophy.
Though the gossip blog reports that she pleaded not guilty, she was later found guilty of all three charges and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for four days. She was also sentenced to three years’ probation.
In an appeal filed December 15, 2015, Parr alleges that her husband “was verbally and physically abusive and that she only struck [him] in self-defense.”
Radar says that in January 2017, Parr’s first count was amended to obstruction of justice, her second was not prosecuted, and her third was amended to assault, which she reportedly agreed to plead guilty to.
The outlet reports that Parr served 156 days for the first count with no probation.
Last November, Odom announced that he popped the question to Parr at Prime 112 restaurant in Miami Beach.
“Introducing my new fiancé!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom,” the athlete captioned the since-deleted post. “She the ONE!!!!”
The next day, an Us Weekly source said that Odom’s ex-wife, Khloé Kardashian, found out about the engagement “from friends” but wishes her former husband “nothing but the best” and “wants him to be happy.”
An “E! News” insider also dished, “Khloé wants Lamar to be happy. She has always had hope that he would find his way and live a long and healthy life.”
“She’s happy for him if he has found happiness again,” the “E! News” source continued. “The chapter of her life that she shared with Lamar is closed and she has moved on. She harbors no ill will or jealousy."
