Cardi B Source Denies Rumor That Offset Is Expecting a Baby with Another Woman

A source close to Cardi B is squashing a pesky rumor about why she and her rapper husband Offset are getting a divorce.

As reported by Page Six on Wednesday, an insider denied allegations that the Migos group member is having a baby with another woman.

“There is no other child. No baby is on the way. That rumor is super false. Cardi is thinking of her child and wants everything to be amicable. She’s evolved over the years and continues to,” the source said.

In her pursuit of an “amicable” divorce, the “WAP” MC has amended her previous filing, and wants Offset to have joint custody of their 2-year-old daughter Kulture. She is also no longer asking for child support.

“She went back to have the petition amended because she wasn’t aware that it read ‘primary custody.’ She wants them both to have custody and to co-parent. She’s not requesting spousal support or child support. She wants everything to be super amicable,” the source explained.

Though the source says Offset is not expecting another child, the rapper, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus, has been accused of infidelity in the past.

Last December, Offset was accused of direct messaging Tekashi 6ix9ine’s then-girlfriend Jade, and then trying to cover it up claiming his social media pages were hacked.

A year before, he was accused of allegedly expressing interest in rapper Cuban Doll, and a woman who goes by “Summer Bunni.”

On Tuesday, hours after the news broke, a source told People that Cardi B has “looked” past Offset’s alleged cheating for the sake of their daughter.

"Offset has pretty much cheated the entire time [they've been together], but Cardi looked the other way because of the baby," an insider revealed. "She also didn't want to be embarrassed. But she's had enough."

Despite the drama, it appears that Offset is back to work.

Wednesday on Instagram, he posted a series of photos with the caption, “Grind don’t stop.”

It is unclear if Offset has responded to Cardi’s divorce petition.
