Chrissy Teigen’s mom Vilailuck shares heartbreaking video and photos of her embracing her late grandson.

In the emotional clip shot at the hospital, a medical professional tells Vilailuck that she can touch the baby, who Chrissy and husband John Legend named Jack.

“My heart aches love you so much baby Jack,” Vilailuck captioned the post, which also includes two photos of her holding her grandson.

On Wednesday night, Chrissy shared the devastating news that she and John lost their third child after she had been hospitalized for excessive bleeding from her placenta.

“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” Chrissy wrote on Instagram.

We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough. . . We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital.  But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack.  So he will always be Jack to us.  Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever. . . To our Jack - I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive.  We will always love you. . . Thank you to everyone who has been sending us positive energy, thoughts and prayers.  We feel all of your love and truly appreciate you. . . We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we’ve been able to experience.  But everyday can’t be full of sunshine.  On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.

Earlier this week, Chrissy told fans that she had received her second blood transfusion.

Last Sunday, the cookbook author said on IG Story that her “placenta is really, really weak” after being placed on mandatory bed rest.

“His house is just falling apart,” she added about the conditions surrounding her pregnancy. “It didn’t have a good foundation to begin with, though. He didn’t have the strongest chance at the very, very beginning.”

In August, Chrissy and John — who share son Miles, 2, and daughter Luna, 4 — announced they were expecting their third child at the end of his “Wild” music video.

Earlier this month on social media, Chrissy accidentally revealed that she and her husband were expecting another boy.

Though she and John “never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment,” Chrissy said on Wednesday that the two “had started to call this little guy” Jack while he was in the womb.

“So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.”
