Diddy Honors Kim Porter on 2nd Anniversary of Her Death

Diddy pays tribute to his longtime love Kim Porter, who tragically passed away November 15, 2018.

On Sunday, the second anniversary of Porter’s death, the rapper posted photos of his ex-girlfriend, who is also the mother to three of his children: twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila Star, 13, and son Christian, 22. The mogul, born Sean Combs, also helped raise Porter’s son Quincy, 29, from a previous relationship.

“QUEEN KIM PORTER!! @ladykp ... IRREPLACEABLE ... LOVE YOU FOREVER,” he captioned.

“The Ebony Goddess!!! I miss her so much!!! And always will!!!!” Diddy wrote over a picture of Porter in a beautiful white dress.

On the morning of November 15, 2018, Porter was found unresponsive inside her Toluca Lake, California, house. Authorities were called and Porter was pronounced dead at the scene.

Per her autopsy, Porter died from lobar pneumonia and the manner of death was certified as natural.

On the day of her death, a rep for Diddy told People, “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.”

Days later, Diddy broke his silence by posting a touching video of the two on his social media. He also said he and Porter “were more than soulmates.”

“For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much,” he wrote.

“Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER ----!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love.”

In March 2019, Diddy expressed regret for not marrying Porter.

When one Instagram user wrote, “When she was alive you didn’t wanna marry her,” he responded back, “I know. Played myself SMH.”

Combs is also a father to daughter Chance, 14, and son Justin, 26, from previous relationships.
