Emma Roberts and Garrett Hedlund have welcomed their first child!
On Monday, TMZ reported that the “Scream Queens” star gave birth Sunday in Los Angeles to a baby boy named Rhodes.
The outlet says the little one weighed in at around 9 lbs. and that Roberts and Hedlund are both doing great.
Roberts’ pregnancy was first reported by Us Weekly in June.
Months later in August, the actress confirmed her baby news by posting cute photos of her burgeoning bump on Instagram.
She also revealed she was expecting a boy with the caption, “Me...and my two favorite guys.”
In a November interview with Drew Barrymore, the 29-year-old discussed her pregnancy and joked, “I’ve hit the point where like halfway up the stairs I have to sit down sometimes and maybe tears roll down a couple times a week.”
Despite the pandemic, Roberts said she is “grateful” and “lucky” to be expecting her son in this “crazy year.”
“[To be] able to have something else to focus on and have something to be excited about and so I feel really, really lucky,” she said. “I am just so excited to meet him. It’s like edge-of-my-seat anticipation.”
Congratulations to Emma and Garrett on their new addition!
