Tiffany Haddish is flaunting her fit figure after a month-long transformation.
Wednesday on Instagram, the “Girls Trip” star showed off her results after doing a 30-day program created by husband-and-wife fitness gurus, Luther and Kathy Freeman.
While posting before-and-after photos, she wrote, “Before my 30day transformation and after. Now #SHEREADY to build Muscle and Maybe shave my armpits.”
According to People in December, the author of “The Last Black Unicorn” started the program on November 27 but appears to have posted her results this week.
In her interview, the funny lady revealed that she lost 40 lbs. during the pandemic and lost an additional 10 lbs. three weeks into the program.
At the time, Haddish said she was focused on sculpting off fat as opposed to losing more weight.
“I’m very skinny, it’s going good,” she told the outlet. “I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day! We’ll see.”
She also noted that she modified her program to be vegan, just like the diet of boyfriend Common.
“They gave me this whole vegan menu, meals and stuff, and so I’m cooking for myself. For a gift, [Common] got me a chef to make me these juices, and to make the food in alignment with the program.”
However, she admitted that maintaining the food requirements has been “super hard” and that, “I miss the meat. I want some brisket!”
“I think I’m going to definitely go back to eating meat, but I’m going to probably be a rationing it out,” Haddish explained. “I’m not going to lie to you — two days ago I tried to eat some turkey bacon because I was just smelling it and I’m here on set. I tried it and it was so nasty I tossed it out. I didn’t even swallow. I’m hoping that I didn’t lose my taste for meat. But I might have.”
