‘Black Ink Crew’ Star Ceaser Emanuel Announces Start of Epic Fitness Journey!

David “Ceaser” Emanuel is getting in shape — just in time for summer!

Monday on Instagram, the “Black Ink Crew” star announced he is embarking on a 90-day nutrition and fitness routine with help from Atlanta-based fitness trainer “Mr. Repz.”

The VH1 personality posted a shirtless pic with the caption, “I been playing around, it’s time really CHANGE up...90 day of clean eating & training starting TODAY..Let see where it goes Let’s go @mr_repz #ceaserblackink.”

Of course, the owner of Black Ink is no slouch when it comes to hitting the gym.

In January, Ceaser showed off his guns while working out with trainer Halal HaqqyMuu.

Last October, Ceaser posted a video of himself pumping up his biceps in preparation for the ninth season of his reality TV show.

“Putting in work with @Mr_repz for season 9 of Black Ink Crew #blackinkcrew #ceaserblackink#blackinkmogul,” he captioned the video.

Keep up the good work, Ceaser!
