Halle Berry and boyfriend Van Hunt took the Oscars red carpet by storm!
On Sunday, the actress and the musician made their red-carpet debut as a couple at the 93rd Academy Awards.
While Hunt looked dapper in an Etro suit, the “Monster’s Ball” star stunned in a lilac, strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown with Ridano jewelry and Christian Louboutin heels.
The Oscar winner — who took home the Best Actress honor in 2002 — also debuted a new bob courtesy of Sara Seward.
Berry, who presented the awards for Best Cinematography and Best Production, posted photos of her and her man later that day on Instagram.
Last September, Berry confirmed her relationship with Hunt when she posted a picture of herself wearing a T-shirt with his name.
“now ya know...” she wrote alongside a heart and a foot emoji.
That same month, a source revealed to People magazine that Berry and Hunt have been seeing each other for “several months,” and that Hunt has even met her children: daughter Nahla, 13, and son Maceo, 7.
“They are spending a lot of time at Halle’s Malibu house,” the insider said. “She really seems to enjoy the quiet time. Van has met her kids, so it seems pretty serious.”
In March, Hunt gave a candid interview to “Entertainment Tonight,” where he revealed how Berry has positively influenced both his music and his life.
“The inspiration for our relationship goes across everything, even in my parenting,” he told the entertainment news show. “I’m a completely different person, I can say it like that, and I think that it’s improved every aspect of my life.”
In an article published by Vogue on Monday, Berry’s longtime stylist Lindsay Flores revealed she worked with Dolce and Gabbana for over a month to create the custom dress — which took 240 hours of construction at the brand’s Milan atelier.
“I was really wanting to use new silhouettes and colors that we hadn’t played with in a long time,” Flores told the magazine. “Tons of color swatches, fabrics, sketches, and runway looks filled the board on this one as we played with different concepts. Ultimately, we landed where we did and I’m so proud of this moment.”
With regard to her client of over 20 years, Flores says she and Berry have developed “a trust between us that allows fashion magic to happen.”
“We always keep it real, keep it easy, and keep it fun — because fashion should be fun,” Flores added.
Looking good, Halle and Van!
