Khloé Kardashian Claps Back After Being Called an ‘Alien’ from Her ‘Plastic Surgery’

Khloé Kardashian responds to a social media commenter who not only criticized her endorsement for migraine drug Nurtec but her physical appearance as well.
This week, a Twitter user responded to an ad where the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star promotes the medication, which is used for “acute treatment of migraine and preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults.”
“Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?” the person sarcastically wrote.
The Internet user also insulted Kardashian by writing, “What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, as their spokesperson?”
The next day, Kardashian clapped back at the person and explained that she is simply trying to help those who suffer from migraines.
“sorry you feel that way. You have every right to block/mute me. I am trying to help many out there who suffer in silence. I R completely entitled to your opinions. Just as I am mine,” Khloé wrote.
The Good American designer — who shares daughter True, 3, with Tristan Thompson — also referenced the Twitter user’s bio where the person says they are a “feminist.”
“I don’t think you should refer to yourself as a feminist if you are attacking a woman unprovoked,” Kardashian added.

When a different Twitter user defended Kardashian’s endorsement — applauding the company for “using a spokesperson that actually suffers from migraines instead of a paid actor” — Khloé wrote back, “I’ve been suffering since the 6 grade. This is the first time ever that I found a medication that has consistently worked for me.
“I’ve tried everything. All I want to do is help even a handful of [people',” Kardashian continued. “So if others want to be mean… I’ll take it as long as I can help some others.”
Kardashian previously opened up about her history with migraines, telling People in July 2020 that she had “tried everything” to deal with the “completely debilitating” pain that would cause her to “have to cancel [her] whole day.”
“But I was given a sample of Nurtec ODT; it’s dissolvable. And it worked in 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe it,” she said at the time. “So to be able to find a therapy that works and I can actually go about my day and be a mom to True has been amazing. And if I can help even one person with their own migraines, then it’s worth it.”
Kardashian has also dealt with criticism about her looks. Last May, when one Instagram user wrote to her, “Why do you look so different in all your photos?” Kardashian jokingly wrote back, “from my weekly face transplant clearly.”
