‘Gorilla Glue Girl’ Tessica Brown Suffers Miscarriage

Tessica Brown, the woman who went viral earlier this year for putting Gorilla Spray Adhesive in her hair, suffered a miscarriage last month.
On Wednesday, TMZ reported that Brown, dubbed “Gorilla Glue Girl” by social media users, lost her baby three months into her pregnancy.
Brown told the outlet that she was rushed to the emergency room after she was unable to sleep due to stomach pains.
At the hospital, she said medical professionals spent 10 minutes trying to listen for a heartbeat. However, an ultrasound ultimately confirmed her loss.
In March, Brown’s manager Gina Rodriguez told TMZ that Tessica and her fiancé, Dewitt Madison, were expecting their first child together after getting engaged last June.
During her pregnancy, Brown says she suffered from horrible morning sickness that would sometimes last all day.
She was also hospitalized multiple times because she couldn't keep water down, prompting doctors to put her on an IV.
Brown says that on May 17, she noticed she was bleeding a lot, and realized something was wrong.
While Brown has five kids from a previous relationship, Madison has four of his own.
She told TMZ that they don’t have any plans to try to get pregnant again, and are just focusing on healing from this loss.
Back in February, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng performed a four-hour surgery on Brown to remove the glue, which was on her head for over a month.
That same week, our very own Loni announced that Emmy-winning hairstylist Robbi Rogers has offered to make Brown a wig.
Brown and Dr. Obeng later appeared on “The Real,” where Brown thanked the surgeon for his amazing work.
In April, Tessica, wearing the custom wig from Robbi, gave us an update on her life.
“Since the show, things have been kind of getting back to normal. My scalp is getting better, so now my hair is starting to grow back. Thank God,” she said, adding, “I’m doing fine. I’m loving the wig, so thank you guys again.”
