Rick Ross Agrees to Pay Child Support to Ex

Rick Ross and ex Briana Singleton, whom reportedly share three children together, have settled on monthly child support payments.
On Tuesday, TMZ obtained legal documents in which the rapper has agreed to pay Singleton $11,000 per month in child support.
Additionally, the MC will pay for their children’s health insurance, as well as for their extracurricular expenses when the amount goes beyond $7,560. Once this is met, Ross will make additional annual payments of up to $3K per child.
Ross will also give Singleton’s lawyer $25,000.
Per the documents, Ross’ monthly income is reportedly $585K, while Singleton reportedly makes $142 a month.
In May of last year, Singleton — then reportedly pregnant with the couple’s third child — filed legal documents in Fayette County, Georgia, requesting an emergency hearing to have Ross take a COVID-19 test before he could visit their two children.
At the time, Singleton claimed Ross had not seen their kids in six months but expressed interest earlier in May.
With regard to her request for him to take a COVID test, she believed that he was not quarantining properly — citing Instagram videos of him traveling outside of Georgia. She also took issue with his alleged “constant use of marijuana.”
Despite this drama, Singleton says Ross bought her a Mercedes SUV after their first child was born and has deposited money into her bank account to care for their kids.
Per TMZ, the two reportedly broke up around New Year’s 2020.
