Lil Fizz Apologizes to B2K Bandmate Omarion for Dating Ex Apryl Jones

Lil Fizz has offered a public apology to his B2K bandmate Omarion for dating Omarion’s ex and the mother of his children, Apryl Jones.
Friday night at the Los Angeles stop of The Millennium Tour, Fizz stopped the show and spoke to Omarion directly while the two were on stage at The Forum.
“I don’t think it would be right if I didn’t take this moment, bro, to publicly apologize to you,” Fizz said. “I did some ------ up ---- to my brother and I’m not proud of it, man. So I want to stand here, humbly, and sincerely apologize to you for any turmoil or dysfunction I caused between you and your family.”
Though he did not address her by name, Fizz is referring to Apryl, whom he began dating in 2019 — a relationship that was heavily documented on “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” Omarion and Apryl — who split in June 2016 — share daughter A’mei, 5, and son Megaa, 7.
Following Fizz’s message, it appears Omarion accepted the apology, as the two men shared a hug.

When Fizz and Apryl’s relationship first went public, Omarion responded to the drama in a November 2019 interview with Vlad TV.
“I don’t feel no ways. I don’t feel any way about it. I think that if they’re happy, then they should be happy. I think they should change the narrative, though,” Omarion said at the time.
Last year while appearing on PeopleTV’s “Reality Check,” Omarion called the incident between Fizz and Apryl a “challenge” but hoped that others could use his approach when navigating similar situations.
“A lot of people know that I have a way of addressing things. As a creative person, this is my main language, creativity. I think the interesting thing about creativity is that creativity has many perspectives and I think there’s always lessons and takeaways from life’s situations,” Omarion said. “Looking at it now, I’m so honored to be able to be the example for a lot of people in their relationships.”
Earlier this year on our show, Fizz’ “VH1 Family Reunion: Love & Hip Hop Edition” co-star Sierra Gates called him and Apryl “soulmates.”
In response, Fizz said there was “realness” in his and Apryl’s relationship, but that the two “had to go their separate ways.”
“We moved on,” he confirmed.
Apryl also appeared on “The Real” days later, where she gave an update on her and Omarion.
“We’re keeping it copacetic right now, so that’s good. Nothing bad to say,” she said about her and Omarion’s co-parenting, noting that the two had a meeting where a family member served as mediator.
