Twitter Rushes to Aid of Formerly Homeless Woman Who Moved into New Apartment!

A woman on Twitter is receiving an outpouring of love and support after revealing that she is no longer homeless.
Last week, Twitter user @MxssLady----- said she will be spending the first night in her new apartment after being without housing for an unspecified period of time.
However, she said she doesn’t “have a blanket” or other furnishings in her place.
“Can’t believe I’ll be sleeping in my own apartment tonight,” she wrote. “My homeless journey is almost over. I don’t have a blanket or anything but idc cuz we in that ----- regardless.”
Soon after, the woman’s tweet gained steam and received responses from other social media users who asked for her Cash App and PayPal information to send money. Others asked for her email so they can send gift cards that she can use on furniture and bedding.
“You have a cash app? Definitely down to donate to the bedding fund. Congratulations boo,” wrote one social media user.
“Shoot me your email so I can shoot you some gift cards to get your spot feeling like home! Proud of you girl!” commented a Twitter user.
“anything on Amazon you want? make a registry and people can buy it and it’ll be shipped to your house. I don’t mind to help so please let me know,” said another.
After her tweet went viral, the woman explained that she became homeless because of a previous landlord — an experience that made her “[lose] everything.” She also posted a notice from the city of Pine Bluff that deemed her previous residence “unsafe.”
Ppl think homeless has a look or a reason. There was no reason for my landlord to be a slumlord to the point where I lost everything. Plus, ima always get dressed. You can find cute clothes anywhere for the low.

The woman also wrote a message expressing her gratitude to everyone who donated.
“Truth be told... I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. You could never understand if you ain’t been in my shoes. Everybody that knows me personally told me I deserve these blessings... I believe it but it’s still surreal.”
