Bravo Announces ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai’!

Get ready, Bravo fans — a NEW Housewives franchise is upon us!
While appearing on “Today” Monday morning, Bravo host and executive Andy Cohen broke the exciting news that there will be ANOTHER Housewives show set in Dubai!
“Get your passports, our 11th city! We are going to the billionaires’ playground, the city of gold, the desert oasis — ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai,’” he told co-anchors Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb.
In fact, the “Real Housewives” executive producer and reunion host promised, “This is going to blow the lid off the entire franchise.”
In a press release, the upcoming show will follow a “group of women navigating their relationships, careers, and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates.”
“With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene. Whether they’re coasting on a private plane, running their own empires or hosting on a private island, these glamourous, successful women are ready to serve up scorching hot drama and unexpected twists,” it continued.
Cohen added in the release, “Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides.”
While no specific premiere date has been announced, ”The Real Housewives of Dubai” is set to air sometime in 2022.

Though neither Cohen nor Bravo revealed who will be cast in the hot new series, fans are convinced that Bravolebrity and “Ladies of London” star Caroline Stanbury is a shoo-in.
During the 2017 series finale of the show, Stanbury announced she was moving to the modern city.
Since the show wrapped, Stanbury split from husband Cem Habib, with whom she shares three children, and announced her engagement to soccer player Sergio Carrallo in January of this year.
Truly Original — the production company that also helms the Atlanta and Potomac Housewife franchises — will produce “The Real Housewives of Dubai.” Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Jamie Jakimo, Brandon Panaligan, Glenda Cox, and Chelsey Stephens will serve as executive producers alongside Cohen.
