Stevie J Files for Divorce from Faith Evans!

Stevie J is ending his marriage to Faith Evans.
Per online court records obtained by TMZ on Monday, the music producer and “Love & Hip Hop” star filed divorce documents at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.
Back in 2018, the outlet reported that Stevie and Faith got married in their Las Vegas hotel room after they filed for a marriage license in Clark County.
The day they applied for a marriage license, Stevie wrote on Twitter, “I love you Faith Renee Jordan,” to which Faith replied, “I love you back Steven Aaron Jordan.”
In May of 2020, the “Love Like This” singer — who was previously married to the late Notorious B.I.G. and Todd Russaw — was arrested for domestic violence after an alleged altercation between her and Stevie at their Los Angeles-area house.
Per TMZ sources, cops arrived at their residence and found visible marks and scratches on Stevie’s face.
A year before this incident, blogs reported that the couple, at one point, unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Additionally, Stevie posted a series of cryptic tweets at the time that said: “Drunk people always speak their truth,” “One’s insecurities can damage them,” “All that glitters ain’t gold,” and “Cherish what you love just know nothing will last forever.”
News of their divorce may come as a surprise, given that Faith wished Stevie a happy birthday this week on Instagram, writing, “Happy & blessed birthday Mr J! Hurry up, so we can turn up!”

Stevie and Faith do not have any children together.
