Nazanin Mandi Still Believes In ‘Real Love’ After Splitting from Miguel!

Nazanin Mandi hasn’t given up on love!
In a recent Instagram Story, the actress — who split from Miguel in September after 17 years together — was asked if she still believes in real love.
Without hesitation, the model responded, “Absolutely!”
“Are you kidding? No matter what I’ve been through, no matter what I’ve seen, I will never give anybody the control. I will never let anybody jade my view of real love because I know it’s out there and I know it exists,” she explained.

In September of this year, it was announced that the couple — who tied the knot November 2018 at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California — were going their separate ways.
“After 17 years together, Miguel and Nazanin Mandi have decided to separate and have been for some time now,” a representative for the two told People. “The couple both wish each other well.”
Prior to getting engaged in 2016, the couple dated for 10 years.
In March 2021, Nazanin told People that her marriage to Miguel amid the COVID-19 pandemic “feels different… but it’s not.”
“We were used to being around each other a lot, but then we were also used to traveling a lot,” she elaborated. “So keeping the spark alive was definitely something we had to stay on — because when you’re in different cities, it’s automatic to feel excitement [when you see each other again].”
While social distancing at home, the two had “to find new things to watch, and to do and to read.”
“It was a lot, but overall, we did great. I have no complaints, [and] am grateful for everything,” she added.
In 2015, Miguel gave an interview to Hot 97 where he opened up about his thoughts on marriage.
“I’ve come so far as a man and I’m just starting to feel solid where I can be like, ‘You know what? I think I can hold this down legitimately.’ I think now people throw things around, like marriage. I just wasn’t raised like that.”
He continued, “I just follow my instincts. I think she’s learned that and she’s had to adjust and had to learn and also embrace. And I love her more for that.”
