Adrienne and Mama Nilda’s Arroz Con Pollo!

Here's how you make Adrienne and Mama Nilda’s Arroz Con Pollo!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of oil
3-4 boneless chicken thighs
Garlic salt
Adobo and sofrito
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups of washed white rice
2 cups of water
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Beans
Cilantro
Red peppers
Steps:
1. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into your pot on medium flame.
2. Season chicken with garlic salt and add to pot.
3. Add Adobo and 2-3 tablespoons of sofrito into pot.
4. Add about 8 oz. of tomato sauce into pot.
5. Stir it all up, cover pot, and cook for about 10 minutes.
6. Add 2 cups of washed white rice, add to pot of chicken, and stir together.
7. Add 2 cups of water.
8. Add salt.
9. Turn flame to medium high and cook until water is evaporated.
10. Once the water has evaporated, bring down the flame and cook for another 10 minutes.
11. Serve a scoop of arroz con pollo with beans and garnish with cilantro and red peppers.
