Jenifer Lewis Shares EPIC Video for 65th Birthday!

Jenifer Lewis is getting a KICK out of her 65th birthday!
Tuesday on Instagram, the legendary actress posted a fun and fabulous video where she does high-kicks near a pool.
“It’s my birthday! I’m 65. Hey! And I’m still alive. Hey!” she exclaims in the clip.
In the video, the “black-ish” star said she still practices her high-kicks to promote health, especially to women over 60.
“But we’re all fabulous people. All of us over 60,” she declared, adding, “65 and still alive!”

After her insanely entertaining video went viral, a number of her famous friends wished her a happy birthday in the comments section.
“Happy Birthday Beautiful. I love you,” wrote Cree Summer.
“XOXOXOXOXO Happy Birthday!!!!!” commented Kerry Washington.
“LOVE YOU,” added Lena Waithe.
That same day, Lewis’ “black-ish” co-star Tracee Ellis Ross posted a video in which the two stars perform a cover of Aretha Franklin’s “Rock Steady.”
“65? More like sixty-fine!!! Happy birthday Jenny. Love you @jeniferlewisforreal!” Ross captioned the amazing video.
In addition to high-kicking and singing, the talented Lewis can also do the splits!
Earlier this month, drag queen Shangela posted a clip where it appears Lewis is about to film her birthday video.
When Shangela asked, “Wait, Jen, are you stretched?” Lewis sarcastically and rhetorically asked, “Am I stretched,” before dropping down into a split!
“Oh. You better do it,” Shangela cheered on, to which Lewis replied, “Is this stretched enough for you?”

Last month, Lewis came on our show to discuss “Finding Kendrick Johnson,” a documentary that she executive produced and narrated about 17-year-old Black teenager Kendrick Johnson — who in 2013 was found dead in a rolled-up gym mat at his high school.
