Chris Brown Responds to Lawsuit Alleging He Drugged and Raped Woman at Miami Yacht Party

Chris Brown is being accused of drugging and raping a woman at a Miami yacht party — an allegation he denies.
On Thursday, TMZ obtained the $20-million lawsuit in which a Jane Doe — who says she is a professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist — details an alleged December 30 event on a yacht parked at Diddy's Star Island home.
In the papers, the woman says she first met Chris when he grabbed the phone of a friend she was FaceTiming and urged her to come to Diddy's home.
When she arrived, she claims Chris approached her and asked her if she wanted a drink, motioning her toward the kitchen area on the yacht.
In the kitchen area, she alleges that Chris gave her a red cup with a mixed drink and they started talking.
After he allegedly filled her cup a second time, she claims she began feeling "a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness” and also felt "disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep."
She alleges that Chris led her into a bedroom while she was "drugged" and "half-asleep."
While there, she alleges that Chris closed the bedroom door, barred her from leaving, removed her bikini bottoms, and started kissing her.
Though she claims she mumbled for Chris to stop, he allegedly persisted and raped her.
The woman alleges Chris ejaculated inside her, jumped up, and announced he was "done."
The next day, she claims Chris texted her and demanded she take a Plan B, which she says she did.
As to why she didn’t report the alleged rape to police at the time, her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, say it was because she was a medical student and was embarrassed.
The woman is suing for $20 million, alleging severe emotional distress.
After the story went public, Chris appeared to respond to the allegations, denying any wrongdoing.
“I hope y’all see this pattern of [cap],” he wrote on Instagram Story, using an emoji for the slang expression “cap,” meaning to lie.
“Whenever I’m releasing music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to pull some real --------,” he added, referencing his upcoming album, “Breezy,” but without specifying who “they” are.
